Many claim the tricks seen in marine parks and aquariums are unnatural and thus inhumane however most tricks are adapted from behaviors exhibited in the wild. In respected facilities, the other tricks (things like balancing a ball on the rostrum or wiggling on a slideout) are not harmful to the animals. Unnatural does not equate to harmful. An unnatural behavior does not put the animal in pain or discomfort simply because it is unnatural.
